Layr Gallery, Vienna, Austria
Belvedere Museum, Vienna, Austria
2008
A white pedestal played a looped recording of a voice saying "Es tut mir leid" (I’m sorry), in as many different ways as possible, inflecting this simple sentence with a wide range of emotions, from grief to irony, amusement, anger, boredom, etc.
First exhibited at Layr Gallery in 2008. The work is in the collection of the Belvedere Museum, Vienna.
